Salmon with Honey Mustard Sauce


Amazing salmon and sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon filet
  • kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Honey Mustard Sauce 

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tablespoons natural honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Salmon suce ingredients 

Directions

Spray broiling pan or broiler safe cooking sheet with non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 375°. 


Pat salmon dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; set aside. 


Combine all sauce ingredients. Pour half over salmon. Bake in preheated oven 7 minutes, then broil 5 to 6 minutes more. Serve with remaining sauce.
