Cheese Cups

Dress up your salads or veggie trays with these easy and delicious cheese bowls! These can easily be made into smaller serving sizes when dividing cheese onto baking sheet.

Ingredients for 2


  • 1 cup shredded Asiago or Parmesan cheese
  • Dash dried rosemary

Directions


Heat oven to about 375 to 400°F. I preheated the oven to 400°, and then I lowered the temperature to 375° after I placed the baking sheet in the oven.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine ingredients; divide in half, and sprinkle into 2 circle shapes on pan (may use 6” disk shape). 

Bake until set, about 4 minutes. Cool until firm enough to lift, about 30 seconds. Immediately drape over inverted bowls or glasses to cool.

Serve filled with salad or snacks.
